Work with Shereen

A couple purchased their very first home. It was exactly what they needed at the time. A place to begin and build their life together.
Years later, life had filled every corner. Toys everywhere, closets full, and a busy, beautiful rhythm to their days. It became clear they needed more space for this next chapter.
This is what I love most about my work. It is not just about transactions. It is about growing alongside my clients through every stage of life.

I could really use your help with this one. 🤍
I’m currently working with a wonderful couple who are ready to find their next home, and we are actively looking.
They recently got married and are moving on from their first condo in Boston, hoping to find a home where they can truly settle in and grow.
We are focused on Lynnfield, Reading, and surrounding North Shore communities, ideally a 3–4 bedroom home in a neighborhood setting, with a budget of $1.2M–$1.5M.
If you or someone you know has been thinking about selling, or may have something coming up, please reach out. Opportunities like this often come from conversations.
📲 DM me anytime,
I would truly appreciate the connection.

This is a home you look back on years later and think, we chose well.
Not because of trends or finishes, but because of how they live. The light still feels right. The layout continues to work. The neighborhood grows with you.
That is always the goal. Helping my clients find a home that feels just as right in the future as it does today.

One of my favorite moments while getting 389 Grove Street ready for market was meeting a neighbor who shared the history of Sabrina Lake just beyond the property.
Back in the 1800s, this area was part of Ridge Hill Farms, an eccentric destination that many consider one of the earliest amusement parks. There were taverns, animals, and even a private railway station that brought visitors right to the area.
What I loved most was hearing that he and his wife still walk around Sabrina Lake and occasionally find little relics from that earlier time tucked into the landscape.
It’s such a special reminder that some homes offer more than beautiful living spaces. They come with history, character, and a true sense of place. ✨

Some homes deserve to be experienced slowly.
At 389 Grove Street, Needham, MA, private showings are designed to give buyers time and space to truly explore by walking the grounds, taking in the lake views, and imagining daily life here without feeling rushed.
The right home reveals itself when you have time to experience how it feels, not just how it looks.

This is why I love what I do.
This client came to me with very specific needs, and because he was long-distance, we spent a lot of time together on FaceTime getting to know each other, not just what he was looking for, but who he is and what mattered most for his family.
We found the perfect temporary Back Bay Boston rental while we continue the search for their luxury home. Even though it’s a short-term chapter, it still needed to feel special and aligned with the life they’re building.
The owner of the home shared something that stayed with me: “The landlord adores him. It was so nice to see the father and daughter running through the house, breathing new life into it.”
Moments like that are everything.
I feel incredibly lucky for the clients I get to work with, and for the relationships that come out of this work. It’s never just about finding a place to live. It’s about people, connection, and the stories we get to be part of.

The primary suite at 389 Grove Street isn’t just a bedroom, it’s its own private retreat.
Dual baths, dedicated dressing spaces, and flexible office areas create room for both privacy and productivity. Whether you work from home, need quiet space, or simply want a true escape at the end of the day, this layout adapts beautifully to real life.
Luxury isn’t just about finishes – it’s about how a home functions for you every day.

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming. There’s a lot to process, a lot of decisions to make, and often very little clarity at the start.
My approach is simple. I show up with care, patience, and a steady presence. I take the time to explain the details, answer the questions you didn’t even know you had, and make sure you truly understand each step before moving forward.
I believe in service that goes beyond the transaction. That means being thorough, educating along the way, and guiding with a level of care that feels personal, supportive, and calm.
The part people don’t always think about is how much reassurance matters in this process. When you feel supported and informed, the experience becomes less stressful and far more empowering.
There’s value in working with someone who has experience. I’m here to walk you through it, thoughtfully and at your pace.

This sale is a perfect example of what thoughtful preparation can accomplish.
We fully emptied the home, packed and stored belongings, refreshed the space with paint and updates, and staged it to highlight every strength. Then we launched with a targeted marketing plan that brought in pre-qualified buyers only.
The result? 163 showings in just four days and a sale that closed 20% over asking.
Success isn’t luck…it’s preparation, positioning, and guiding clients every step of the way.
